Alex Fleece is our new Sous Chef. Alex is a native of Flushing and has recently returned to Michigan from New Orleans where he worked at prestigious establishments such as The Café Giovanni under Chef Duke LoCicero and The Palace Café under Chef Darren Nesbit.
